Digital Hording Manager provides software tools for ad submission, review workflows, campaign management, analytics, and operations for digital screen networks.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for account credentials, authorized usage, and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

4. Content and approvals

Advertisers must upload content they are legally permitted to use. Operators may review, approve, reject, pause, or remove content based on policy, legal requirements, or quality standards.

5. Fees and payments

Applicable pricing, billing rules, and payment conditions are defined by the operator configuration and associated commercial agreement. Taxes and third-party charges may apply where required.

6. Prohibited use

You must not misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or infringing content, disrupt operations, or violate intellectual property and privacy rights.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided on an as-available basis. SOTER SYSTEMS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, security risk, non-payment, legal requirements, or misuse of the platform.

9. Updates to terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of revised terms.
